Hydration through fluid (more specifically water) is SO important to your health!!!

What do you do to ensure that you drink enough water, and just how much a day do you drink? Right now I’m drinking around 42-48 oz a day. I’m pretty sure that is about 20 oz less than what I need, right? This is an area that, oddly, I am really struggling in. I love water, so I don’t get it. I think I just get too busy and don’t realize that time is going by… So today, I’m asking for help!

Do you just carry a water with you all the time and drink it throughout the day? Or do you set a timer for once an hour and drink a certain amount as it goes off? Do you find that it is easier to get enough if you use a larger container over a smaller one (or vice versa)? I am looking

Pushing through a Hard Week with Firm Support

I know this is supposed to be Fitness Friday, but like I said yesterday, this has been a hard week. I haven’t tried anything new this week, so I have nothing to review for you. I hope you are okay with that.

When I began this journey I knew that there would be hard days, and that I would need to push through them… I did not realize there would be hard weeks. I’ve learned something this week, though.

I am so capable. Even things I thought I couldn’t do. I can. When it is 9 pm and my eyes are heavy from my long day and my pillow is calling my name… I can still choose to workout.
