I realized this morning that the workouts I have been posting about are mostly pretty intense, high impact ones. Because that is where I am at right now. I want it to be hard! I want to feel like Jello when I’m done, and I want to be sore the next day. I may not be able to “see” my results, but I at least want to feel them!

For Fitness Friday today I want to share something that I found recently that I am completely in love with. Here’s the story.
I was doing the 30 Day Shred with Jillian and loving it. Then I pushed a bit too hard, and my shoulders got so sore I couldn’t lift my arms. So the Shred was out and I needed something else. Enter: Couch to 5k. Running. I forgot how much I love to run! I did week 1 day 1, then went back to the Shred.
