FtoH: Can you tell me a little bit about yourself? Caitlin: I am a trainer and a nutritionist with a supportive husband who is a chef. I live in San Francisco and have my own buisness where I teach people how to get healthy through my blog at www.grassfedgirl.com
FtoH: What was your starting weight? Caitlin: 238 lbs. I am 5’9 I was age 21 when I started my weight loss journey in 2001.
FtoH: What was your goal weight? Caitlin: 150 pounds.
FtoH: What eating plan did you use (for example: Weight Watchers, Atkins, Self, etc)? Caitlin: I started out on weight watchers in 2001, but after 8 years I got an autoimmune disease
