I want to start this post off with a bit of an update. Last week I posted about water. I was looking for solutions on how to drink more of it. Remember? Sure you do!

So I was at Walmart over the weekend and I found this cup for $5. I had a bit of leftover birthday money, so I bought it. And… I LOVE IT! I easily refill it 3 or 4 times a day. That’s a lot of water, people! I love that I only have to do it 3 or 4 times, it is much more convenient for me than having to refill after every 10 oz, like before. I love that it is pretty much spill proof (a must, with kids). And I love the straw. Love it. I highly recommend this cup for anyone that drinks water. And you

Hydration. Fluid. Water.

Hydration through fluid (more specifically water) is SO important to your health!!!

What do you do to ensure that you drink enough water, and just how much a day do you drink?¬†Right now I’m drinking around 42-48 oz a day. I’m pretty sure that is about 20 oz less than what I need, right?¬†This is an area that, oddly, I am really struggling in. I love water, so I don’t get it. I think I just get too busy and don’t realize that time is going by… So today, I’m asking for help!

Do you just carry a water with you all the time and drink it throughout the day? Or do you set a timer for once an hour and drink a certain amount as it goes off? Do you find that it is easier to get enough if you use a larger container over a smaller one (or vice versa)? I am looking
